Returns Policy
We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your Sweet Peach Decor purchase. We try our best to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions to help you make the best product choice possible.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us at support@sweetpeachdecor.com as quickly as possible so we may get the conflict resolved. Requests must be reported by the original recipient. Reports of damage by a 3rd party will not be honored.
Sweet Peach Decor gladly accepts returns, exchanges, and cancellations under these conditions:
• Customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
• Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase
The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
Additional Order Policies
• Fonts – Please know that every font has characteristics that are different and some letters may not turn out the same way as you expected. It is not an error and we will not replace an item because of font characteristics.
• Colors – Colors may be different on the final product than they appear on your computer screen due to wood contrasting from board to board. We try to correctly portray the color as much as possible.
• Proofs – Proofs will be sent by request only. If you are dissatisified with a layout or font on the final product and did not request a proof, then Sweet Peach Decor will not replace your order.
Once an order is placed it goes into production. If you want to alter your purchased product, you must contact Sweet Peach Decor within (1) hour of purchase @ (386) 286-5010. A refund will not be issued due to an error on your part.
